Returns

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved:

• Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Opened products are covered under our 90-day guarantee — reach out and we'll work with you directly.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
